Ida Applebroog: Pure Truth

On the occasion of the exhibition ‘Ida Applebroog. Right Up to Now 1969-2021,’ on view at Hauser & Wirth Somerset from 29 January through 2 May 2022, ‘Ursula’ magazine presents a short biographical look at Applebroog’s life and timely, unsettling work, taken from a series of in-depth interviews conducted in her SoHo studio in 2017.
