Following our 2025 collaboration, Trobades & Premis Mediterranis Albert Camus returns this year to celebrate its 10th anniversary on Illa del Rei, with a program featuring music, performance and photography.
The program will include a guided tour of Martin Creed’s exhibition and the outdoor sculptures, one-minute photography sessions by Pol Segura, and live music by Aïta Mon Amour. It will also feature a group performance by Compañía La Soledad and a photographic screening by David Arquimbau.
Under the theme ‘Fraternity. Poetics of the Bond,’ this edition reflects on the community that has grown around the festival over the past decade, bringing together its team, guests, and partner institutions to celebrate the legacy of Albert Camus and his well-known motto: ‘I rebel—therefore we exist’.
Acknowledging the many connotations carried by the word ‘fraternity,’ this edition seeks to rethink it from a 21st-century perspective. It invites us to imagine the poetics of the bond as a shared responsibility: to resist injustice and to create a sense of common ground.
