Beyond the gallery site, Durslade is a working farm. This year, Hauser & Wirth Somerset will be joining over 200 farms across the UK in Open Farm Sunday, an annual initiative celebrating the diversity of British farming and the many ways in which the countryside can be farmed, foraged and maintained.
Join us for a day of family-friendly activities, tours and workshops including:
• Farm tours on our tractor trailer, including sheep shearing
• Vineyard tours
• Foraging walks
• Farm-themed activities with Jenna Doodles & Sing-a-ling
• Meeting our local suppliers and tasting the products we create in the Farm Shop
This event is free, but advanced booking is recommended for the tours and workshops, as there will be limited spaces available on the day. Children of all ages are welcome to attend.
The Farm Shop will be open from 9 am – 5 pm, with Roth Bar serving drinks and snacks from 10 am – 11 pm. The gallery and garden will be open from 12 – 5 pm.
