Live Making

This November, visitors are invited to Make Hauser & Wirth Somerset for an opportunity to meet two of the makers whose work is included in our inaugural exhibition ‘Opening Narratives’. The gallery space will be transformed across two-days, from Friday 23 until Saturday 24 November: ceramicist Florian Gadsby will be live throwing on the wheel and textile artist Hannah Robson will demonstrate weaving on a traditional loom. Visitors are invited to meet the makers and witness their creativity, skills, and techniques. Make Hauser & Wirth Somerset is located at 13 High Street, Bruton BA10 0AB. The live making will take place from 10 am – 1 pm and 2 pm – 3.30 pm on Friday 23 and Saturday 24th November. This is a free, drop-in event.   Header image courtesy Florian Gadsby
