Pumpkin Festival

  • Sat 31 October 2015
  • 10 am – 5 pm

Come along and celebrate Summer’s bounty with us as we harvest our pumpkins from the Roth Bar & Grill Kitchen Garden. If you’ve grown your own pumpkins, make sure you bring them along, as you’ll be able to use them in a range of free activities for both adults and children. During the day the Roth Bar & Grill will be serving pumpkin themed treats, as well as seasonal pumpkin and squash dishes throughout the weeks before and after the festival. Dan, our kitchen gardener will be harvesting our pumpkins and squashes, and there will be live music, vintage tractors and a series of seasonal displays. The Roth Bar & Grill will continue the festivities into the evening with a Halloween themed party. The Pumpkin Festival is part of the national Family Arts Campaign and we are collaborating with FACE – Farming & Countryside Education, a charity that educates children and young people about food and farming in a sustainable countryside. We are also working with Hubbub as part of their ‘Pumpkin Rescue’ initiative If you would like to enter one of the pumpkin competitions please contact us on: +44 1749 81 4060 or email Celeste Weatherhead: celeste@hauserwirth.com Register to enter any number of our pumpkin competitions by Thursday 29 October, however last minute additions will be welcomed on the day.
