Late Night Christmas Shopping Event

  • Wed 7 December 2016
  • 6 – 9 pm

For the forthcoming late night Christmas shopping event in Bruton, we will be hosting a pop-up shop in Stockwell House on the high street, selling a selection of Christmas goodies as well as products relating to the exhibition ‘Louise Bourgeois. Turning Inwards’. As part of our Christmas shopping event, we are delighted to be working with artist Eloise Fornieles, who will be holding an interactive art exchange titled ‘No Two Alike’. For this special event, Fornieles has created six unique etchings, each an edition of 20 that will be hand-finished on site and given away for free during an interactive discussion with the artist. During the exchange, Eloise Fornieles will invite you to select one of her etchings that are inspired by Wilson Bentley’s photographs of snowflakes and drawings of crystal forms by Barbara Hepworth. After writing a message to a loved one on the reverse side, she will then post the work to your chosen loved-one. This is a free drop-in event taking place at Stockwell House, 13 High Street, Bruton
