Call for Applications: Architectural Summer School 2023

If you are an A-Level student with an interest in studying architecture, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the subject with some of the best lecturers teaching architecture in the UK.

We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Drawing Matter and Kingston School of Art for the seventh iteration of our Architectural Summer School. Taking place Thursday 24 August – Tuesday 29 August 2023, this unique program has been widely praised by students as providing an unrivalled insight into architecture and the associated professions.

The summer school introduces students to architecture through a wide range of activities including drawing, discussion, practical experimentation and collaborative learning.

Places are allocated on merit and are free to all successful applicants. This is a fully funded learning opportunity for all successful applicants; including free accommodation and meals for the week at Sherborne International School. Workshops will take place at Hauser & Wirth Somerset, Drawing Matter and in Bruton.

We are looking for intelligent and communicative young people with a keen interest in their environment, an inquisitive attitude and a positive approach to learning.
