On the occasion of ‘Glenn Ligon. late at night, early in the morning, at noon,’ on view at Hauser & Wirth New York, 18th Street, and as part of the gallery’s ongoing learning initiatives, artist Glenn Ligon collaborated with participants from Artistic Noise, an organization committed to enriching the lives of system-impacted youth through art making.

Following an open call by ZHdK – Zurich University of the Arts, MA and BA students, as well as mid-career academic staff and junior researchers from the Department of Fine Arts, responded to KOO JEONG A's exhibition ‘KANGSE X’ in a performative presentation. The event brought together an incredible mix of young people, students, and friends, with roughly 180 participants joining us for an inspiring evening.

We are proud to announce a three-year partnership with Robert Gordon University and Gray’s School of Art to support free Mobile Art School workshops in rural communities across North East Scotland. Launched on Thursday 12 March 2026, the Mobile Art School joined forces with artist Thomas J Price and Braemar School for creative workshops at St. Margaret’s Church, culminating in an exhibition at Braemar Kirk.

On the occasion of ‘Destiny Is a Rose: The Eileen Harris Norton Collection’ exhibition, on view at Hauser & Wirth Downtown Los Angeles, ‘Art in Community: From Studio to Collection,’ our new Education Lab, is inspired by Harris Norton’s visionary approach to collecting. Rooted in her long-standing relationships with artists, curators and communities, the collection reflects a lifetime of philanthropy, advocacy and educational support.

Arthaus is an inclusive community of young people aged 15 – 19 years who share a passion for art. It is an opportunity to meet regularly at the gallery to connect with like-minded individuals, socialize, collaborate and embrace new experiences. It is a space for alternative voices, self-expression, inspiration and creative freedom.

The Education Lab, ‘Our Imaginary World,’ invites reflection on art as a form of healing, self-reclamation and empowerment. It is inspired by Niki de Saint Phalle’s philosophy that creativity can serve as a therapeutic outlet and Jean Tinguely’s exploration of movement and transformation through kinetic art.

On Friday 14 November 2025, Hauser & Wirth’s 18th Street gallery was activated by Learning Exchange: Artists Matter, the latest edition of the gallery’s annual convening dedicated to cross-disciplinary dialogue.

Alongside the exhibition program, our learning initiatives and cultural partnerships have become an essential part of the project to date. Since 2020, the art center has engaged more than 23,000 learners and 338 school groups, involving more than 6,400 students and collaborating with more than 50 local and national entities. In 2025 alone we have welcomed 72,000 and produced 460 events in partnership with a range of Menorcan cultural organisations and institutions, welcoming new and existing partners back to the island.
