Experience Summer at Hauser & Wirth

With summer in full swing, plan a trip or experience some of our spaces and exhibitions from home. Our new galleries in Menorca and Monaco are now open and feature never before seen works by Mark Bradford and Louise Bourgeois respectively. Below is a list of exhibitions open to the public this summer in each of our locations.

Art at The Fife Arms

Located in the historic Scottish village of Braemar amidst the Cairngorms National Park, The Fife Arms was recently named The Sunday Times Hotel of the Year 2019. Reopened by Iwan and Manuela Wirth, the newly restored landmark brings together Scottish heritage, craftsmanship and culture. The hotel is also home to an outstanding collection of masterworks and antiques alongside specially commissioned artworks by contemporary artists including Bharti Kher, Guillermo Kuitca and Zhang Enli that respond to this unique site.

Inspired from a moment of spontaneity, ‘Untitled’ is the extension of an experience of the artist in the studio. Expanding the pictorial plane, Guillermo Kuitca began to move beyond the ends of the canvas and painted directly onto his studio walls, omitting any distinction between the two surfaces.
