Easter Escapade: Spring Season Fun From Landscape to Orbit

This Easter, we're celebrating Spring through a creative exploration of our landscapes on Earth and beyond. Families are invited to step inside the planetarium – one of the most advanced digital theatre domes in the country – to explore the wonders of the natural world with us. Durslade Farm will be transformed into a site of creative and scientific exploration, with family activities, and local food and drink. Join our education team in the Implement Shed to take part in specially themed making activities and to launch a rocket. You may also have the opportunity to have your face painted. Palette & Pasture will be serving up delicious local Somerset gelato, and there will be tasty treats available from Juliet Stallwood Cakes and Biscuits and Xpressofix. Roth Bar & Grill Outdoor Kitchen will be open from 12 noon, serving a wood fired feast of Durslade Farm lamb rolls, pickled red cabbage, mint yogurt; Kids hot dogs; and Seasonal vegetable soup. They will also be selling a selection of local refreshments and local ice creams from the outdoor bar. Please note, Roth Bar & Grill will be open for restaurant reservations – we advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment. This is a free event, all welcome.
