‘What Are Gardens For?’ Dinner with Lucas Hollweg
As part of the Hauser & Wirth Somerset Garden Day here at Durslade Farm, we are delighted that Lucas Hollweg will be joining Roth Bar & Grill for a special dinner.
Former Sunday Times food writer and author of Good Things to Eat, Lucas is a self-taught cook and food writer respected for his laid-back, homely food. He was also named Winner of Guild of Food Writers Cookery Journalist of the Year in 2012.
He will be curating a delicious two-course menu with Chef Steve Horrell from Roth Bar & Grill.
