Please join us for a relaxed pre-Christmas tasting of locally-made artisan Cult vinegar. Meet the founder and vinegar-expert Jonathan Brown as he guides you through his exquisite array of hand-made products and tells the story of how Cult came to be. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and to learn how to make your own vinegar using the ceramic Cult Vinegar Vase and starter kit – a unique gift to give this Christmas.
Cult makes small batch, unpasteurised vinegar from premium wines, ciders, sakes and beers with the intention of capturing the unique essence of each liquid they are fermented from. Cult vinegar is unpasteurised and so is full of acetobacter microbes, which many people claim are good for their gut and wellbeing. Their products are stocked in our gallery shop, amongst other special Hauser & Wirth festive wares.
