During this uncertain time, the gallery spotlights its LA-based nonprofit partners who are continuing to mobilize their services and resources to help those in need.

Neighboring organizations My Friend’s Place, Piece by Piece, and Inner City Law Center support Los Angeles’ most vulnerable communities through free legal services, art workshops, and comprehensive programs. Find out how you can help and learn more by watching Cal State LA Community Impact Media student-directed films:

My Friend’s Place Helping youth experiencing homelessness move toward wellness, stability and self-sufficiency.

Piece by Piece Provides free mosaic workshops to low-income and formerly homeless people, using recycled materials to develop marketable skills, self-confidence, earned income, and an improved quality of life.
