Arthaus: Zine Making

  • Wed 6 February 2019
  • 4 – 6 pm

In response to the exhibition 'Matthew Day Jackson. Pathetic Fallacy' young artist Anna Rathbone will run a unique zine making workshop especially for Arthaus members on the theme of dystopia. During this session we will explore the end of the world through drawing and collage, and produce our own zines. Rathbone is part of #CreativeFutures, a programme for emerging young artists. Creative Futures enables you to reach your potential, giving you the skills, networking opportunities, studio space and professional business support you need to turn your passion into your creative career. Arthaus is a group of young people who meet on the first Wednesday of every month at Hauser & Wirth Somerset to share ideas and take part in special events, meeting world-class artists, art world professionals and like-minded individuals. As a member of Arthaus you will gain experience of creative workshops, curation, public speaking and event planning and will have the opportunity to attend events at Hauser & Wirth Somerset, as well as exclusive trips to Hauser & Wirth in London and other galleries. If you would like to become a member of Arthaus and attend this session please email debbie@hauserwirth.com
