Text-based Print Workshop

Taking inspiration from the exhibition ‘Jenny Holzer. Softer Targets’, this workshop will introduce you to different methods for hand printing text. Experienced local printmaker, Penny Grist will take you through the process of placing, setting and hand pressing. Using these traditional techniques, you will produce your own stationery or posters, to take away at the end of the session. All materials will be provided and no previous experience is necessary. Tickets are £60 and include lunch at the Roth Bar & Grill. Penny Grist is a Printmaker and tutor at Bath Spa University.
