Saturday 17 May

11.15 – 13.15h: Botanical printing workshop, suitable for all ages.

Saturday 18 May

11.15h: Guided tour focused on the gardens of Illa del Rei—Fundació Hospital de l’Illa del Rei’s medicinal garden and Piet Oudolf’s garden.

12.15h: Chef Alejandro Torres will give a live cooking demonstration, featuring an edible flower salad, in collaboration with Sergi Riudavets of Finca Santo Domingo. This special dish will be available on Cantina’s menu throughout the weekend.
