‘A Cookbook for Iwan’ (2026) features over 200 recipes gathered from the personal culinary repertoires of contemporary artists, curators, chefs, and collectors reflecting the appreciation of good, honest food that the founders of the art gallery Hauser & Wirth and the hospitality company Artfarm—share, transformed into a recipe book that is truly one of a kind.

‘Angel Otero’ is the first monograph about the Puerto Rican artist, who began to pursue a bold new direction, merging his acclaimed form of abstraction with figurative elements to create multi-layered, dreamlike scenes that synthesize the observed and the imagined into powerful meditations on memory and identity.

The Mount Street Neighbourhood Arts Festival's curated programme will feature British photographer Miles Aldridge and his portrait series, 15 Minutes of Fame, alongside a new multidisciplinary performance by actor and writer Omari Douglas, artist talks, and an art pub quiz.

Join artist Angel Otero on Tuesday 13 October at the Pop Up book shop for an intimate breakfast event celebrating the publication of his new monograph, which explores recent developments in the Puerto Rican artist’s distinctive practice and his ongoing engagement with memory, identity and migration. Otero will be in conversation with Michaela Unterdörfer, Executive Director of Hauser & Wirth Publishers, followed by a book signing with the artist.

The event comes at an exciting moment for Otero, with his work featured in Frieze Sculpture 2026 and his UK debut exhibition, Agua Salada, at Hauser & Wirth Somerset.
