The Royal Drawing School is an artist-led, not-for-profit arts organization based in London, UK. It is a place to learn to draw, to discover leading and emerging artists, and to celebrate and advance the practice of drawing from life. They offer over 350 programs each year which are taught by a faculty of over 100 practising artists. Their five annual exhibitions and 11 residencies showcase both emerging and established artists, and the innovative ways drawing is used in artistic practice. Their mission is to raise the standard and profile of observational drawing through teaching, research and exhibitions, championing its continued relevance as both a discipline in its own right and as the foundation of creative practice. They are committed to making high-quality drawing education accessible and affordable to all.
