The Big Draw

Wed 1 – Sun 26 October 2025
10 am – 4 pm

Continuing the gallery’s annual partnership with The Big Draw, we are taking part in the world’s largest drawing festival this October. This year’s theme, ‘Drawn Together,’ highlights how creativity unites us and how collaboration and connection are at the heart of making.

Visitors are invited to take part in the festival with a self-directed activity, inspired by the exhibitions ‘Mika Rottenberg. Vibrant Matter’ and ‘Cindy Sherman. The Women.’ Participants will be asked to sketch the upper half of a body, while others will illustrate the lower half. These drawings will be combined into a collective mural, forming unexpected and imaginative new figures. Over the course of the month, the mural will continue to grow and evolve—transforming into a lively community of bodies and identities that celebrates creativity, diversity and collective expression.
