Artist Residency Open Studios

As part of Bruton’s Late Night Christmas Shopping, join us at The Maltings Studios for an evening of food, live music and bookshop pop-up.

Drop-in to explore the studio space and watch our recent film with artist-in-residence Allison Katz, who lived and worked in Somerset for six months earlier this year, ahead of her solo exhibition at Hauser & Wirth Downtown Los Angeles.

Hauser & Wirth Publishers will be hosting a reading room where you can browse and purchase their latest titles.

Roth Bar & Grill will be offering complimentary mince pies, as well as soups, ragu, hot dogs and hot drinks to purchase throughout the evening, alongside live music from the Brass Junkies.

Please note that this event will not be taking place at the gallery, but at The Maltings Studio, West End, Bruton, BA10 0BB. It is open to all, with no advance booking required.

Make Hauser & Wirth Somerset will also remain open on Bruton High Street where you can visit their two exhibitions, ‘Vital Clay’ featuring Akiko Hirai and Dan Kelly, and ‘Natural Practice’ with Katie Spragg.
