In October 2010, the entire ground floor of 23 Savile Row, the former headquarters of English Heritage, becomes Hauser & Wirth’s third London gallery. The new space is inaugurated with a solo exhibition by the late Louise Bourgeois. Curated by Germano Celant and travelling from the Fondazione Emilio e Annabianca Vedova in Venice, this is the first exhibition to focus on Bourgeois’s fabric works, a major aspect of the artist’s practice.
