Hauser & Wirth Publishers presents Conversations in Contemporary Poetics, a monthly reading series and discussion group that explores the diverse ways in which poetry integrates with life, media, music, and politics.
Poets Elaine Kahn and Fred Moten are the featured guests in the third installment in the five-part series of readings and conversations, which is organized by writer and curator Jeffrey Grunthaner. The post-reading discussion will focus on how poetry can re-frame our understanding of popular music. A collectible program, featuring works by the readers and original artwork by Sam McKinniss, will also be available.
