Festive Big Draw

Join us for festive family activities in collaboration with The Big Draw Festival 2021 and Roth Bar & Grill’s Festive Fair. Alongside creative activities, the day will include carols from our local musicians, food from our fires, mulled cider and all our favourite local suppliers.

The Big Draw is the world’s largest drawing festival with thousands of drawing activities connecting people of all ages with museums, outdoor spaces, artists, designers, illustrators – and each other. The Big Draw theme for 2021 ‘Make the Change’, invites us to explore ways to live in balance with the world around us and create a better place for future generations.

This year we take inspiration from Eduardo Chillida’s series ‘Consejo al Espacio (Advice to Space)’ to consider people, place and nature.

Explore Chillida’s outdoor sculpture with drawing activities and then join us in the Implement Shed to transform your drawings into sculptural Christmas decorations.
