Morning Pilates in the Radić Pavilion

Back by popular demand, start your Tuesday and Thursday mornings on a positive note with an invigorating outdoor Pilates session at Hauser & Wirth Somerset. Overlooking the rich floral tapestry of Oudolf Field, these thirty-minute outdoor sessions are a rare opportunity to fire up your core whilst enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Each session will be led by local Pilates instructor Alice Bounsall. Alice trained as an Actor at Drama Centre London, learning about movement and bodily communication through various techniques such as Alexander body mapping, Ballet and Pilates. These practices ignited her passionate interest in balancing out the body, increasing its strength, flexibility and agility to prime and optimise the human figure. Alice is Stott Pilates Certified.

Classes cost £5 per person per class and must be booked in advance. Sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday, 9.30 – 10 am.

Please note, classes will be socially distanced with a maximum of ten participants. Sanitiser will be provided; however, participants should bring their own mats.
