- Project Coordinator, Hauser & Wirth London

Duties will include but are not be limited to:
• Look after allocated gallery artists and be the interface between the artist and the gallery.
• Coordinate the artists’ internal exhibitions and screenings.
• Be the interface to museums and other galleries for external exhibitions.
• Be responsible for the content of artists bio, biblio, press information, press requests, advertisements, catalogues, invitations, sales books at fairs and other artist related documentation and information.
• Be responsible for the artist related archives, the library and the content on our website.
• Set up and monitor internal exhibition budget.
• Coordinate commissions and consignments.
• Get information on new artworks and enter them into our database. Keep database updated.
• Facilitate artists’ productions, set up and monitor production budget.We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and hands-on self-starter who enjoys working in a fast and dynamic environment. Specifically, you should have:
• Essential: minimum two years of relevant experience in an international contemporary art gallery
• BA in Fine Arts
• excellent administrative skills
• ability to work fast and accurately
• an eye for detail and a keen sense of initiative
• team player
• good computer skills

- Facility Manager, Hauser & Wirth London

For our three London Gallery Buildings and Offices you will be responsible for ‘Building & Maintenance’, ‘Security’ as well as ‘Health and Safety’,
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Handling of all building and maintenance related topics.
• Managing central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
• Dealing with office service contracts and suppliers.
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety.
• Preparing briefings for RFQs, compare and choose best offer.
• Project Management, supervision and coordination of contractors.
• Re-negotiation and optimization of all current services related to facility management.
• Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new building and re-organizing current premises.
• Responding to all emergencies and urgent issues as they arise.We are looking for an experienced, flexible, approachable and well-organized individual able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Specifically, you should have:
• Years of relevant experience in a comparable position with a proven track record in Facilities Management.
• Experience in space planning and executing office moves.
• Experience in cost control/planning
• Good organizational skills
• First Aider
• Thorough understanding of site health & safety procedures/policy.
